Despite being a 'reject', our seconds are perfectly fine to use as a Photo Board and you'll often struggle to find the fault. 

The fault might be a minor scratch or dent in the surface, a small ink defect/blob, or damage such as a dented/broken corner or marks/damage to the rear of the board.
